***Schade door werkzaamheden niet opgelost*** Door heien enorm veel schade. Worden van het kastje naar de muren gestuurd van opdrachtgever naar de aannemer, etc. Niemand komt met een oplossing. Er werden geen voorzorgsmaatregelen genomenom een reactie te kunnen geven vóór het heien. Denkend aan nulmeting, sensoren of vooronderzoek.

Er is een sondering. Ik betaal 1000 euro voor een constructeur. Ik maak een afspraak en betaal Ras Heiwerken om mijn palen op 4.5 meter te zetten. Dan komen ze hier (4 uur later dan afgesproken) en zetten ze de palen op 3.5 meter. Als ik vaag, waarom? Antwoord: Het is goed zo, we zitten in de goede laag. Dit is meer dan genoeg. Na een hoop onderhandelen/soebatten komen ze met 3 vervormde afvalstukjes welke ongeveer 40 cm elk zijn. Ook een hoop sarcastische opmerkingen.. Vervolgens gooien ze ongeveer een meter aan gruis van MIJN straatstenen in de paal (zonder overleg). Dit gaat om vertrouwen. Je wilt ook niet genaaid worden met zoiets als dit. Ze deden alsof ik op mijn strepen stond maar 1 meter is al 20% minder dan wat de constructeur zegt. Om 10 of 20 centimeter zal ik ook niet moeilijk doen. Na een hoop gezeur stonden ze op 3.90 meter ipv de afgesproken 4.5 meter. De Bijbel zegt ook dat je eerlijk moet zijn en je aan de gemaakte afspraken moet houden.. Ik zal mij wel aan de afspraken houden en de rekening betalen, maar deze klacht heb je wel aan je broek. UPDATE. Ik heb mij een beetje ingelezen. De derde buisdpaal was lek. Ik kan mij herinneren dat het heiblok zeiknat was bij het heien. De gooiden gauw mijn straatstenen erin om het lek halfbakken te dichten.. Er staat nu ook water in de paal, en dit word steeds hoger (niet door regen). Lekker professioneel naast een fundering op staal!!! Ik kan mij nog herinneren dat hij zei: 3.5 meter was goedkoper geweest..

Ras Heiwerk heeft bij ons de heipalen geslagen voor de uitbouw. De communicatie verliep snel en soepel, en de uitvoering was net zo strak en professioneel. Echt een topbedrijf dat weet wat ze doen! Ik kan Ras Heiwerk dan ook van harte aanbevelen. 👷‍♂️💪

Slechte communicatie, palen niet op maaiveld geheid, als gevraagd. En palen niet op de goede hoogte gestort, bewapening daardoor ook te laag, nu zelf nog een hoop werk aan. Zonde....
