The product is outdated, has poor graphical design, and only connects to my router Wifi when I put the box right next to it. I tried to return it, but SlimmeDingen/Plugwise refused because I filled out my company name (I am a freelancer) on the ordering form. In response to the Plugwise reply below: There are many reasons a buyer can be dissatisfied and it is outrageous that a reseller (SlimmeDingen) doesn't respect that and refuses refunds! I'd only be happy if Plugwise can persuade SlimmeDingen to take back my purchase.

Fantastic products to make your home heating (and cooling) system smarter and more efficient. We recently installed the multi-zone control system (Adam / Anna / Jip / Koen) and it works like magic! It also integrates nicely to smart home systems such as Homey. On top of this, you get the utmost care, attention and technical assistance through their super responsive and knowledgeable customer service team (special thanks to Jelle!) I have nothing but great things to say and highly recommend Plugwise.

Very satisfied with products. I own 20+ old circles which the support do there best to keep running. Also heat zone regulation with a Adam, Anna, several Lisa's and several Tom's. Support desk is absolute the best. Send them an e-mail and give them time to respond. Mostly next day you get an answer. I like the products but I'm a bit of a tweaker and the product gives room for this.

The plugwise system was installed in my house by a contractor who decided to disappear and leave me on dry ground with a non-functioning system. I contacted the plugwise helpdesk and they were able to fix the problems and get the system to work rather quickly. I am going to buy soon another set of the system for another property.
