Telefonisch contact opgenomen voor probleem met een afwatering. Telefonisch meldde men mij dat het wel niet voor vandaag zou zijn waarop ik zei dat dat geen probleem was. Later op de dag gewoon een mail gekregen dat het niet in hun tijdsbestek past wegens drukte. Het werk was wellicht niet interessant genoeg om langs te komen. Ik weet nu ook dat ik voor grotere werken zoals vervangen cv installatie ed ook niet bij deze firma moet komen aankloppen

Probleem met wc gemeld bij verhuurder. Binnen een dag opgelost door van Rijn. Bij een volgend sanitair Probleem wil ik graag dat ze weer door de verhuurder worden langs gestuurd.

Slechtste installatiebedrijf hier in de buurt, Van Rijn was aangesteld om bij ons het sanitair in de badkamer te vernieuwen. De douchecabine is scheef geplaatst en de schroeven kapot gedraaid. De toiletpot was eerst al niet goed, moest weer andere komen, vervolgens boort de monteur een tegel kapot, en heeft dit zonder te melden dichtgesmeerd met kit. BIZAR! De oude schroefgaten worden ook gewoon dichtgekit, en kitresten zitten nu nog steeds op de muur en op de douchecabine, (GRIJZE KIT, WITTE MUUR). Na aangegeven te hebben dat dit niet kan, en de leidinggevende is komen kijken. Krijg je twee weken lang geen telefoon en als je zelf belt krijg je te horen dat ze ermee aan de slag gaan, wat dus betekent als we tijd hebben. De werkgever laat ook niks van zich horen, maar zal ook niks geven om het feit dat er zo geprutst wordt... zolang het geld binnenstroomt.
